A clearer view of your work

Understand what is happening, even when you are not there.

We combine operational knowledge with the right technology for useful decisions and follow-up.

What would you like to understand better?

Find your operational challenge. We help you identify the right information, prioritise action and define what to follow up.

Not sure where to start?

Your first assignment has a clear question and output: useful decision support, a prioritised recommendation and a next step. The work can continue with installation, connection and a joint test within the agreed scope.

One offer, many ways to start

Simple to start. Free to choose. Connected as you grow.

Choose an application or describe your need. Pick relevant modules, then shape a practical first assignment together.

See the approach in action

Temperature in tool storage.

Three temperature readings near a tool in storage. See how the responsible person assesses the change, chooses the next step and follows up.

SYNTHETIC EXAMPLE DATAScenario: 14 Sep 2026Demonstration — not physical production or a live service.
01 / OBSERVE

The temperature near the tool is rising.

18 °C, 19 °C and 27 °C — a rise of 9 °C from the first reading.

18 °C → 19 °C → 27 °C

02 / HUMAN REVIEW

Check the sensor and conditions.

Check the sensor, storage conditions and the tool’s approved temperature range. The responsible person decides whether storage conditions need adjusting.

03 / FOLLOW UP

Compare, then decide again.

Record the check and any adjustment. Read the same measurement point again and compare temperatures.

The tool’s requirements guide the decision

Illustrated example with fixed values, not a general temperature limit. No customer data or physical measurements are used.

Business understanding meets technical expertise

From signal to better decisions.

We connect your operational challenge with the right information and a practical plan. The first assignment gives you a basis for deciding what to prioritise, what to test and how to evaluate the next step.

The operational question leads.

We get to know your work and define the decision: what do you need to know, who will act and how will you follow up the result?

Start with what you have.

We put your records, systems and on-site knowledge to use. We select sensors, GPS, cameras or satellite information to answer the question at hand.

Make the next step concrete.

You get a recommendation with priorities, responsibilities and follow-up. We distinguish what the evidence shows from what needs checking before you invest.

Plan a first assignment

From satellite overview to people on site

See the shape of a place. Choose where to look closer.

Start with an overview of the area and focus on the places that need attention. We help you use satellite imagery to identify changes and plan targeted checks with local sensors, field visits and people who know the site.

Notice → understand → decide → act → follow up.

Falk is our drone-supported field inspection approach for a closer look at a specific question. We scope the task, choose the right information and define what you need to decide afterwards. Satellite imagery, sensors, GPS, cameras and human fieldwork are selected to suit the assignment.

Scope and prerequisites are agreed per assignment, not a ready-to-use satellite service: imagery, cloud cover, resolution and acquisition time; aircraft, camera, operator and flight permissions for Falk. LiDAR requires compatible devices.

AI close to the work

Local AI & SLM

Put your own information to use where decisions are made. We help you define a local AI test around a clear task, the right source material and results that people can review.

Large and small language models (LLMs and SLMs) are different-sized models for working with text: searching, interpreting and summarising documents and operating rules. A smaller model may suit a bounded local task; the right choice depends on the material, review process and test criteria.

Computer vision uses specialist models to analyse camera and drone images or video. Language models have a separate text role: they do not themselves validate an image assessment. People check the original evidence and make the decision.

Questions for the technician on site

In a planned test, a discreet local gateway could run a language model close to the work and summarise information about a plastic tool. The technician reviews it and decides what happens next:

  • What changed?
  • What evidence supports the assessment?
  • What needs checking next?

A steadier pace on the golf course

Scope the test around where queues form, which signals golf staff need and how an intervention will be evaluated. The goal is clear information for the team’s next decision.

Inspection with an operator in control

Plan an inspection round with defined checkpoints and a trained operator in control. Image analysis and summarisation have separate tasks; the person makes the decision.

Planned development with NVIDIA Jetson, not a ready-to-use service or verified customer installation. Models, data and hardware are checked per test. Smart glasses and onboard AI remain development tracks, not verified functionality.

Scope your first AI test

For technology and hardware partners

Bring a capability. Start with a real use case.

Combine your technology with our business understanding and a clear customer need. We define the use case, the information the customer needs and a focused test with shared acceptance criteria.

Who it serves

Operations teams in manufacturing, equipment, golf, land management, movement and field work.

Use cases include tracking, measurement, inspection, connectivity and making existing information easier to act on.

What we need to understand

Device and interface documentation, available data and timestamps, power and coverage, operating conditions, access, ownership and support boundaries.

How a joint test is accepted

Agree a narrow test and expected outputs first. Accept only after both sides verify source, timestamps, required fields, errors, access boundaries and a human-readable result against the use case.

We agree responsibilities, interfaces and support for the selected models before a joint test. Naming a product does not mean a partnership is in place.Scope a joint first assignment

Already have a GPS tracker?

Put your existing tracker to work.

We review the model, power and connectivity, then define a connection test with clear checks of data and position. Start with your existing equipment, including selected Teltonika models.

Plan a tracker connection test

Model support and connection are checked individually.

  1. 1

  2. 2
Review the setupWe check power and connectivity.
  3. 3
Test what arrivesData and position are separate checks.

Your first assignment

Start with the question, not the equipment.

01

Define the decision.

Tell us what you need to understand, where it matters and what you want to improve. We help you define the question.

02

Agree the work and deliverables.

We define the information, acceptance criteria and practical work. Installation, connection and a joint test can be included within the agreed scope.

03

Decide, act and follow up.

You receive a prioritised recommendation, a clear next step and a plan for checking the outcome. Build on what the evidence supports.

Tell us about your need

Turn your question into a clear next step.

A short description is enough. The QuickIoT team at Affärsdesign follows up personally and proposes a first assignment with a clear scope, output and follow-up.

A few clear answers

Before you get in touch

A practical starting point, without assuming what is already built.

What is QuickIoT?

QuickIoT combines business and operational development with connected measurements. We start with an operational question, assess the available information and scope a first assignment with a clear output and follow-up.

What does a first assignment deliver?

A clear output for your need: for example a joint measurement test, a connection trial or a prioritised recommendation. With known prerequisites, installation, connection and a joint test can be included directly, without a separate preliminary study. We agree the scope, outputs and acceptance criteria before starting.

Will QuickIoT work with my equipment?

We check the model, available signals, power and connectivity and define a test. Model support and connection are verified for the specific equipment before deployment.

What is the difference between a local SLM and computer vision?

A local SLM is a smaller language model for text, such as document support and summaries. Computer vision analyses images or video using specialised models. They have different tasks. Local AI with Jetson is a planned development track verified through separate tests.

How do we get started?
